Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new Envy5010. Constant message "paper jam". Clearly wrong.

Tried all recommended solutions. Not been able to use it at all.

No phone number to call HP for help?

Any thoughts?

I don't fancy phoning abroad yet. Was looking for a UK solution. Probably might ring them if my frustration continues to deepen.

Sorry to ask, but I can't see a phone number or a list of countries to choose from.

I seem to be going round in circles trying to find something that HP don't want to reveal.

A massive company with no phone.

You enter the serial number of the device.

Then fill out the ticket.

When you submit the ticket you get a case number and phone number.
