CLAIM CODE DOES NOT WORK EVEN AFTER DISABLING WEB SERVICES AND RE-ENABLING

i can no longer send email to my printer and get it printed.  I have tried to add my printer to hpsmart with the claim code.  I've recycle web services, nothing seems to work ????
