As of today, I cannot open scanned attachments from my Envy 5660 .  This issue only began today, that I am receiving scanned document from HP ePrint user: eprintcenter@hp8.us  ????   As of yesterday,  since I bought the Envy 5660 back in 2016, I have always received the attachments from eprintcenter@hp.com

What changed???

I am able open the email on my phone then email it to myself.  My son's school work needs to be uploaded to his learning platform, and these extra steps, I would like to avoid.  Especially when I believe they are unnecessary.

I am receiving this error message: This file does not have an a pp associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Setting page.

I am not a tech savvy person.  I have has this CPU for work for a very long time.  I am unable to make some exe changes to the system.  However, I do not believe that to be an issue.  Adobe is also working fine, so no issues there either.

Any assistance anyone can provide, I would really, really appreciate it!

Thank you.

@tani43276 & @huntjennie Welcome to HP Community!

Please let us know which operating system you are using.

Please perform the  restore n/w settings and reconnect the printer to the network

1.      Turn off the Router, Printer, and computer/ mobile devices.

2.      Wait for 60 seconds.

3.      Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.

4.      Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
