I have correctl configured my new HP Tango and added it to my HP Smart Connect Account. My wife has then created a new HP Smart Connect account, to be able to send to the HP Tango email for printing, but she can't add the printer (message "That claim code is invalid, try entering a valid claim code (ie. 10HLVT3FRT)".
We waited and tried, we disabled and re-enabled the Web Services, we did everythinig recommended by the troubleshooting, with no success.
We can't add it to her account, still the printer appears ok in my account.
Any idea?

Hi @BeppeM
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
You need not add the printer to a second account. You can use the printer email address to send the print jobs.
Kindly refer to this document to know how.
For any issues while setting up a Smart account, refer to this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
