Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On the Printer page on the HP Smart website I am unable to toggle the ePrint access from "Open to anyone" to any other setting (either "Blocked" or "Allowed" fails to select). Reviewing my browser logs it appears that the server API supporting this behaviour is returning an error (HTTP 502) and the form can't be updated.

 

As a result I can't stop anyone from sending an email that prints on our printer.

 

Can someone at HP please fix this issue as there is nothing I can do about it and the default is too permissive to have this feature enabled.
