Deskjet 2632
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Deskjet 2632 printer which has been connected to the internet and printing wirelessly without problem. I have just changed my WiFi and am now not able to get the printer to disconnect from the old WiFi so I can connect it to the new one.

Hi,

Please print a Printer Status Report:

Can you see Value 19 (Admin Password) listed as not set or with any other value?

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05368417

If it is listed with Not Set, follow below steps to reset the network settings and connect the printer using HP Smart:

Spoiler

Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Wireless and Power lights blink - this section in the document applies for your printer model

Otherwise, please let me know,

Shlomi
