I am trying to download 123.hp.com ap on my laptop (Windows 10 Home), nothing happens when I click download, no error message or explanation...but I have an alert on the homepage (same place COVID message is) stating that Windows 7 is no longer supported.  Would appreciate help, thanks

I see that you are unable to download the HP Software on the computer, this could be an issue with the connectivity or browser. To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you trying to download the HP Smart App or the HP full-featured software for the printer?
  • Have you tried using a different browser?
  • Have you tried to download it on any other device?

If you have any internet security software installed, try disabling it for a while and download it.
