I have completed the setup process for eprinting. I changed the printer's email to a personalized one and updated the allowed access. When I first tried to add my email as an allowed email, it said it was not a valid email address, but after refreshing and trying again, I was able to add it. However, when I send the email, I immediately get an email back saying my message was not delivered. I have double and triple checked the email address and it is entered correctly. I have searched through all of HP's support website and can't find anything that helps. I tried calling customer service, which sent me back to the virtual assistant, which couldn't help or provide me with a case number because I don't have the serial number for my printer because I am working from home and trying to print remotely at the office.

@GCCAC

Thank you for the update.

Please refer to the below link to troubleshoot the issue.

https://support.hp.com/nz-en/document/c03601466#troubleshoot_network_connection

If the issue still persists, please restore n/w settings and reconnect the printer to the network

 1.      Turn off the Router, Printer, and computer/ mobile devices.

2.      Wait for 60 seconds.

3.      Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.

4.      Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.

Have a nice day!!
