Product: HP 693801 (5740 series
Operating System: Other

My printer is not working anymore. The product # is HP693801 (Officejet 5740 series). When I try to print, a message appears that there has been an unexpected configuration problem. I tried unplugging it and taking out the ink cartridges and leaving it off for 60 seconds but nothing happened. How can you help?

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
