Product: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

My printer is shown to be connected to my Wi-Fi. Light is on there, and at web symbol and Hosmart symbol on my printer.  When I go to print a label for shipping  I hit share button, hit print, select my printer and then nothing happens.  No error message.  Help!
