Away from home network, HP Smart app sees printer and indicates it’s available (green cloud with check mark). Get an error trying to print anything. Says print failed. Can print when on the same network as printer. Seems like an issue with the HP cloud. Was working fine yesterday.
The problem lasted all day yesterday but apparently whatever was screwed up with the connections in the HP cloud has now been corrected. My remote print jobs now print correctly to the printer. Nothing changed with the printer or its configuration. I understand mistakes do get made but I'm sure glad I'm not counting on remote printing thru the HP cloud for my business!
