Can’t print printer code due to no black ink

Hi,

 

I am having great difficulty with my new printer- ordered a new one to replace my old one and thought I had set it up on my account but hadn’t properly. Have been using it fine and no it won’t except the new ink due to not being registered properly- now trying time replace printer and print a code but code can’t print as there is no black ink!
