Changed address so have a new router. 
tried the set up steps but the printer will not connect to router

I did this a number of times but it would not connect to the Wi-fi. 
I used another device and went through the setup on 123.HP went straight on to Wi-fi no problem . thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings:

 

Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the W-Fi.
