Would like to print in draft & black/white from mobile device and the printer is so instructed on the Desktop.  From iPad Pro and iPhone, document will not print in draft.  It will only print in black/white if I manually change that function on the mobile device.  I see no way on the mobile devices to change printing to draft.  Have not seen solution to this for this printer [HP ENVY 4520].  Thank you!

Change print settings on your iOS or iPadOS device. On the HP Smart app home screen, tap the Print Document or Print Photo tile.

Select a document or photo you want to print from your mobile device. The Preview screen displays. Tap the preview image to edit the document or photo. Tap Print.

The Print Preview screen displays. Tap the image to access the Transformation menu where you can resize and rotate the image. After you resize or rotate the image, tap Done to return to the Print Preview screen.

On the Print Preview screen, slide up the panel that displays the printer name above the print toolbar.

The available print settings display. Depending on your printer features, you can set the number of copies, paper size, color option, page range, print quality, and specify the double-sided option. Tap Print.
