Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer used to work fine, all aspects.   But now only full color pictures on photo paper work.  Even the HP test pages don't print except for one color part.  Excel docs that once printed now only print a faded mushy very unreadable part, if any.   Have tried to uninstall and reinstall without any luck.  It is a wireless connection.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the estimated ink levels, replace any low or empty ink cartridges.

 

Clean the ink cartridges

Refer to step 10 in this document to know how.

 

Also, perform step 13.

 

Try printing.
