I have connected my printer wirelessly to our network. I am able to print on my laptop and phone no problem (wirelessly of course). My desktop is connected to my router via Ethernet cord and can indeed detect the printer. Whenever I attempt to print something however, it does not go through and only tells me that there was an error printing and that is it. How can I print from my desktop to my printer?

I have tried HP Print and Scan Doctor

@BrianIS

Welcome to the HP support community.

Though the desktop detects the printer, it will not support both wireless and wired connections.

Try connecting desktop also to wireless and then the printer should support.

I hope that helps.
