Cannot signup for HP Instance Ink

macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi,

 

I bought this printer last week and cannot sign up for Instant Ink. When I try to access https://hpinstantink.com/ and enter with my account, it always redirects me to https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/ucde/account-details/profile. I don't know if it is related, but in this page I see that my profile is indicating Brazil as country, but I have moved to Spain, and I cannot change it.

 

So, 2 questions:

1 - How can I change my country at https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/ucde/account-details/profile ?

2 - Is this what is causing not allow me to signup for Instant Ink ? Otherwise what could be the issue ?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to enroll in instant ink and would like to change the region on HP Smart.

 

To change the region on HP Smart , i'd recommend you reach the HP Support in your region for further assistance.

 

Try the steps in the document to enroll in instant ink-Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
