Got a new printer and spent ages to make sure it would be compatible with my chromebook which is why I went for the one I did. The set up was all fine, and I have been able to download the mobile print app and my printer shows. The problem then comes when I actually try to do anything like print or scan. It asks me to log in - so I enter my details and then nothing - just a loading screen. 

I can use it just fine with my mobile phone, but when I try to log in with chromebook it doesn't work. For the last 6 hours I have had the little loading circle going round and round, with the message 'thanks for your patience'. 

Can any one help?

HP Recommended

This makes the app unusable. Is there a fix or a workaround. Please help.
