Cartridge Problem error

Hello,

 

I recently replaced the Black and Tri-color ink cartridges on my HP Deskjet 3720, which worked for a short while, but I am now receiving an "Cartridge problem" error message. I have tried ejecting and re-inserting the cartridges, as well as cleaning the cartridge heads and multiple printer reboots.

 

What can I do?

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.

 I tried this and it indicates that the Tri-color cartridge is the one with the problem. Why has this cartridge failed so quickly? I only recently bought it, and it has hardly been used. Why would it be broken? Is there a way to fix it?

I understand your concern. Since the ink cartridge was recently bought, HP will replace it for you as it is defective. 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.

Hi

 

I have not been able to contact anyone from HP regarding replacement of the cartridge. The virtual assistant does not work. What can I do?
