Hallo

i have bought my printer in europe where i used to live. i have then moved to APAC a year ago.

The printer never worked correctly (for some reason the cartridges did deliver the ink correclty for just a little while ),  and i have decided to change the cartridges now, to give it a try before buying a new one.

The cartridges here in APAC are 65 series, and after i bought them, I have discovered that they do not work on my printer , due to regional lock (in eurpope it works withi ink 304 series)

Now i have read on this forum that there is a firmware update to apply to the printer to change the region and make it work with the regional cartridges, and i was wonsdering if anyone knows where to find that

Thanks

Hi @Cicciofrisco,

I'd like to help!

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
