Hi,
make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer and the printer is ready with a solid power light (press Cancel to wake the printer if the power light blinks, then follow below steps to restore the wireless settings of the printer:

Next, from any wirelessly connected device, ensure it is wirelessly connected to your home network and open HP Smart, click on Add Printer or plus sign and then follow the steps on screen tor Set Up the wireless connected for the printer.
