How many times can you change this email address?  I made a mistake creating mine and I'm unable to change it again

Hi @EryckRed,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you need to change your ePrint email address. You can do so using your HP Smart account. There is no fixed limit on how many times you can change the ePrint email address; however, if you encounter issues with reusing a previous email address, it may be due to the address being linked to a previous HP account or a temporary restriction after turning off Web Services.

To resolve this, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you are signed in to your current HP Smart account.

  2. Navigate to ePrint Address in your account settings and attempt to change the email address.

  3. If the system indicates that the custom email already exists, turn Web Services off, then on again, re-add the printer to the HP account, and choose a different custom email address.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
