HP Envy 6052

I recently switched internet providers. I cannot get into the setup menu to connect via my phone. I tried connecting my phone to the printer WiFi but can’t remember the password. Is there a way to factory reset or get my password so I can connect my printer?

@Kleina256, Welcome to HP Support Community!

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds. Now, reconfigure the printer on your new network. Refer to the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change for help.

If you'd like to reset the printer to factory defaults, here are the steps-

Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.

While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
