How do I connect hp envy 6032e to different router? HP smart can not find my printer although Wi-Fi light is flashing blue.

The link does not work.  It gave me a 404 error message.

 

I have spent hours and lots of printed pages going around in circles trying to connect this printer.  It shows that it is connected on my network.  The computer sometimes says it is set up although HP smart often does not show my  printer on the list.  Today, the blue wifi light is flashing and under the printer there is a quick pulse of orange light followed by a dragging blue light.  Yesterday I had another light flashing lots of different colours on the bottom left of the panel.  Either way, the printer will not print because my laptop, phone and iPad say there is no such printer.

I found that i deleted my printer from the app and started a fresh. It solved it … I am moving house soon. I’m dreading having to reinstall it again 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

After many hours, I did do this. The next morning, something I printed from my phone was waiting for me.  If it happens again, it is not worth my time to faff with it.  Cheaper to buy another printer.  Another landfill issue!!
