Product: Ho 5540 printer

Can not connect the HP 5540 to router. It was connected at one time and other devices are connected and functioning. I have tried using the set up wizard and it can not locate the router. I have also tried typing the router manually

Does your 2.4G & 5G WiFi have the same name?

If so change the name on the 5G then try the setup.
