Hi, NEWBY QUESTION ALERT!
I've connected my laptop to my OJP 9019 printer - no issues. How do I connect my wife's laptop? Do we go through the same process ie download the app to her laptop and connect?
Similarly, to do tasks from our mobiles and tablets, do we do the same?
So sorry for the daft questions..

Hi @bombero999
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
You may setup the printer on your other computer using the HP Smart app. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Using the HP Smart App (Windows 10)
Or, you may try these steps as well - HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, 9020 Printers - Wireless Printer Setup
For Smart Tasks, you need the HP Smart app on your mobile devices. Here's a document with elaborated steps - HP Printers - HP Smart: Using Smart Tasks
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
