Can't clear envelope # 10 when letter-size paper is in the tray,  preventing me from making copies

Hi,

Remove the paper from the tray and reload it, then click No or Edit and follow the prompt on screen o change the Paper Type (Plain Paper) and Size to the required size.

I printed another envelope from Word mail merge, then followed the prompts which fixed the problem. I apparently did not do this the last time I printed an envelope from Word.
