HP Envy 5534 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got the Cricut machine for Christmas and I tried to print some stickers. The Cricut Sticker Paper kept jamming so I changed the printer preferences to HP Matte Brochure settings from what I seen on here in this forum. But it still kept jamming. Super frustrating. Does anyone have any solutions to fix this so I can use the Cricut paper or else can anyone recommend a paper that will work? Thanks!

@aine2, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

This model printer does not support circuit papers according to its specification.

Refer to - Printer Specifications for HP ENVY 5530, DeskJet 4510 Printers

Kindly use compatible paper. Have you used regular paper and check if it prints fine?

To resolve a paper jam issue, follow the steps mentioned in this document - 'Paper Jam' Error

You may visit Hp Store to order papers for the printer.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
