Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have lost my HP DeskJet GT 5820 EWS Username & Password. I tried the reset method, cancel button + wifi button, but it doesn't help. I need to go to the login page of the printer to change some settings but it asks for username and password. Kindly Help.

Welcome to the support community.

If you have restore the network settings, follow the below steps:-

Connect the printer again to the WiFi network.

Login to the EWS page with the default credentials and change the password.

Username: admin

Password: "leave it blank"

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
