Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everything was fine, I used the printer to print. but after a while, the dashboard lights started to blink. Is there any reset button ?. I tried to switch-off the printer, I removed the power but still blinking

Could you share the picture of the blinking lights?

Meanwhile:

Remove the ink cartridges, and reset the printer

  1. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.

  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  3. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE: 

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

  6. Turn the printer on.

  7. Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.

  8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration or alignment page, do so.

the “click here” link is broken. Please check. I have the same issue with my new hp smart tank 515 and All the leds are blinking. What I can do. Is urgent!!

Pleasee it is a new smart tank 515 and all leds are blinking. There is no information anywhere about this issue.  How can I restore it? Is there a reset combination? We need to print in quarantine, urgent!!!

if not i will send back to store this machine. I tried with carteidges out and in and there is still the same leds all in screen.

Finally, i sent it to store and they sent it to HP local Support who finally said that is not working anymore. So HP send me a new HP 515 from USA, and now it is installed and working fine. I will reply in some months from now, how is going on my experience  with this printer..
