Demande d'information (French)

HP Recommended
Envy 6000
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c03746609#SamsungPrintServicePlugin

je ne vois nulle part de référencé l'imprimante Envy 6000

Cela voudrait-il dire que seul un ordinateur peut imprimer avec cette imprimante  ?

et pas de tablette ni de Smartphone ?

Merci de votre aide à tous.

English translation :

Hello everyone.

it's been a while since I last visited the HP forum.
before it was in French, is it now entirely in English?
Or maybe I was wrong.
if yes, could you give me the link of the french forums of Hp
thank you in advance.

My concern (for a friend)
A friend just bought an Envy 6000 printer.
I advised him to buy a wifi printer so that he could also print with his smartphone and tablet ...
But when I look here:
https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c03746609#SamsungPrintServicePlugin

I do not see anywhere referenced the Envy 6000 printer
Does that mean that only a computer can print to this printer?
and no tablet or smartphone?

Thanks for all of your help.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, apologize for inconvenience caused.
To get the answer to this question, yes you connect this printer HP envy 6000 series can print wirelessly via smart devices.
Use the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your wireless network from a computer with Windows 10 or macOS, or an Android or Apple mobile device.
Click here and refer to connect the printer with the HP Smart app.

Thank you ECHO_LAKE,

Following your response I ask myself the following question:

When I look here: (My link) (this link comes from the HP site)

https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c03746609#SamsungPrintServicePlugin

=> I do not see anywhere referenced the Envy 6000 printer

Is it an error on site HP ?

or the Envy 6000 ref has been forgotten?

After, you tell me in your message:

"Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, apologize for inconvenience caused.
To get the answer to this question, yes you correct this printer HP envy 6000 series can print wirelessly via smart devices.

Your Link :

https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-6000-all-in-one-printer-series/29256672/document/c06557...

=> If i go on your link,

On this page its said :

"This document is for HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6075, 6078, 6475, 6476, 6478, HP ENVY 6020, 6022, 6030, 6032, 6052, 6055, HP ENVY Pro 6420, 6422, 6430, 6432, 6452, 6455, and 6458 All-in-One printers."

=> We're not talking about the Envy 6000 printer ????

Is it an Error ?

or the Envy 6000 ref has been forgotten?

also you say :

"Use the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your wireless network from a computer with Windows 10 or macOS, or an Android or Apple mobile device."

=> does this also work with windows 7 ?

=> it is not indicated?

Thank you for your reply

Re ECHO_LAKE,

=>  The Product concerned: HP envy 6000 printer

I thought I explained the problem well ??
it seems not ..
so I summarize briefly:
A friend of mine bought an HP Envy 6000 printer
(Advice from me as I thought all new wifi printers could print via computer / smartphone or tablet.)

Now when I go to the Hp site :
this link : https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c03746609#SamsungPrintServicePlugin

=> (which references the printers that accept printing from tablet and smartphone and how to do it)

I do not see a referenced Envy 6000 printer ...
We don't talk about it anywhere in this article!

Gold

=> You tell me that it is possible by providing me with another link :
this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-6000-all-in-one-printer-series/29256672/document/c06557...

So I ask myself the question where is the error ???

=> is it in the article of my link or yours?

then you tell me:

"Use the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your wireless network from a computer with Windows 10 or macOS, or an Android or Apple mobile device.
Click here and refer to connect the printer with the HP Smart app."

This friend having a computer under Windows 7, I ask you therefore your link is also current for Windows 7 ... because you specify
"the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your wireless network from a computer with Windows 10"

I ask all this because it is I who will be going to configure the peripherals of this friend soon.
it is not yet done, but it will be done soon.
hence, in order to protect myself from possible problems, I would like to be sure that this is possible before

do you understand me this time?
Is that clear.

Thank you for your reply
cordially
