DesignJet T3500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have been using ePrint to our designjet T3500 flawless for several years. However, as of 2021 we now receive the error: 5.7.1 Command rejected from all email address at our domain.

I have reviewed every posted solution on this forum with the exception of using a @**bleep**.com or similar email (doing this to send prints would be breach of GDPR for our business)

Our email is provided by Office 365 and passes all spam tests on DKIM and SPF validators.

This was working perfectly in December 2020, but no longer is as of March 2021.

There has been no changes to our network over the past decade. All printer connectivity tests pass.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit: I have noticed that the forum censors email domains from googles service. The above @**bleep**.com is not censored word and it seems to work fine other users posts... it should read @ g   m   a   i   l   com

Hello @Jaette

My only suggestion is creating a new account and test again, or maybe using a different email provider for testing purposes.
