Hi. 
Im trying to print from my iPhone which I’ve done before but the page isn’t printing correctly it’s all faded and smudged can anyone help please.

I see that you are experiencing print quality issues on the printer, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

What happens when you make photocopies on the printer? If it has issues too, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document  Fixing Poor Print Quality.

 

Additionally, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
