Hi guys 

 

Have just bought this printer thinking I would be able to just print things from teams from my mobile phone. I was following the set up rules tonight and then it came up with an error code. Anyway somekne called me straight away and said the set up needs to be done through a computer/laptop. If i borrow my friends just for the initial set up would this be OK then afterwards to just print from my phone as I do have both the apps it said to download from playstore. Help plz??

To provide an accurate solution, please help me with the below details-

 

  1. How is the printer connected to the device USB, wireless or Wi-Fi direct? 
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. What phone are using the printer with ios or android?
  4.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
