Product: OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new OfficeJet 3830, and it is giving the Door Open error warning on the control panel of the printer.  I went through the steps on the HP website to no avail.  However, I found out that the error will go away if I lift the front end of the printer up about 30 degrees.  The error comes back as soon as I lay it back down on the desk.  What needs to be done to fix this?
