Product: HP5075

EMail sent to HP5075 does not print, confirmation mail comes, printer and device on same network, bluelight is constant, meaning that the printer is connected to the internet. Printing from mobile device is successful when connected through the wifi of the printer.

Are you referring to HP ePrint? Restart the Router, Printer and Computer in this sequence.
