HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911

It appears that EPrint services are blocking my domain, or domain provider. How can I get this corrected. This seems to be a fairly new issue within the past 6 months or so. I don't use the service very often, and has become a pain since I then have to send the message to another e-mail address, and then send to EPrint from that domain / provider that is not blocked.

This is what I am getting immediately after i send from my domain..

They are already on. I am able to print from other domains to my printer, but your system is rejecting / blocking mine.

NO, those do not work. My printer will print from EPrint, if I use GMAIL, e-mail address, or even my work E-Mail address, but your system is blocking my personal email addresses from sending documents from them. I don't know if it is my domains that are being blocked, or of it is from my domain provider that you have blocked.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
