If the email address to which you refer is your ePrint / HP connected printer email address:

Log into HP Smart (formally HP Connected) account

Click to change the custom email address for the printer.

Change Your HP ePrint Email Address

HP Smart / HP Connected Login

Click Flag to switch to your region

Note that should you be using "Allowed Sender" setup to control who can send jobs to the ePrint / email printer address, please check the send-list contents to ensure those accounts you want to have access are (still) listed.
