Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have a couple of questions.  

 

1) The font size when printing from a phone is too big.  Is there a way to change this?

 

2) How do I turn off double sided printing?

 

3) I have changed settings to turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity but blue light stays on.  Poor design on this one.  It means it is connected to your wireless.  Am I correct in assuming it will never turn off unless it is NOT connected to your wireless?
