Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

My printer won't allow me to select color it will only let me print in black and white I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I can't figure out why I can't get it to print in color can anybody help

@Vhailet, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Are you trying to print from an Android device?
  • Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check for any software updates on the Android device.

 

Use the HP Smart app to print. You may download it from the Play store.
