Envy Photo 6200 cropping with HP Smart

OK so I have been trying to print photos with the HP Smart-app on 7x5 photo paper.

Communication with the printer works, the quality is fine. But the pictures keeps getting cropped automatically even though the preview looks good. Editing the pictures beforehand and resizing them to fit 7x5 is not helping.

Using HP Smart om Android 10.

@Christoffer_h87, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

5/7 photo papers are supported by this model printer. Let us try these steps:

Check for any software updates on the Android phone. Reinstall the HP Smart app from the Play Store.

Make sure the photo papers are properly placed in the tray. Refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
