Hi,

I'm using HP ePrint for an automated print job each day. It works fine and untill now, the print jobs were executed every single time. But now I noticed that I don't get a confirmation e-mail every time a job is printed.

As it concerns a remote print job, these confirmation e-mails would be very useful to be able to monitor if everything went well.

Most of the time, 5 out of 7 print jobs are being confirmed with an email, the others are not. (but are executed by the printer)

Is there any known issue or anything I could try to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Sam

Hi @SamVDS

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Let us try these steps:

Sign in to your account at HPsmart.com, select the “Settings” button for your printer on the Devices tab, enable the “Allowed Senders Only” option in printer settings, and select the checkmark for “Enable email notifications for ePrint activity” option.

Also,

Click Settings,

Click Access tab,

Tick ePrint Notifications

Hi Kumar,

Thank you for your reply.

I logged into  HP Smart, but I can't find any Settings button or link.

I'm sorry it's in Dutch, but it only shows 'Support Documents' and 'Remove Printer'.

Is this normal?

Thanks,

Sam
