HP Color LaserJet Flow E87640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to set up HP Eprinting on 5 devices within my organisation. I am able to add the printers to my HP Smart page, but the preferences for setting B&W/Colour and single/duplex pages etc. does not appear on the page. See link below.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03721293

All I am able to do is allow or block email addresses and change the printer email address. I have also installed the HP Smart app on my mobile phone, and still do not see the settings to configure B&W printing only or single side/duplex.

The devices the have are HP Colour Laserjet Flow E86740's.

TIA for any replies.

Johnny

Thank you for your reply ShlomiL, although I had finally figured it out after having a proper read through the documentation that I had found.

Will just have to go to Plan B now.

Hi Johnny,

HP ePrint does not offer any such options for most printers, as clearly listed in the document you included in your post.

Please see the 'Can I change print settings for an HP ePrint job?' section of the document, most printers only support full color and 1-sided printing.

Only select printers offer 2-sided and monochrome printing, these are not available for your printer and therefore not shown

Spoiler
For eligible printers, additional preferences are available when you add your printer to HP Connected.
