Eprint to hp email address not working. Eprint on, printer icon connected to internet, HP6700 office

Hp Eprint used to print remotely on the go.  In the past year or so I received e-mails to then have to send print jobs to my hp e-mail.  I have not been able to print anything remotely.  My printer is connected, the eprint shows it's on, the printer is ready but still unable to print anything.  I receive emails showing that the print job is delayed due other jobs printing but that is not the case.   I can print when on my wifi network.  What I need to be able to print is from my cell to my home printer on the go.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do you get any error message?

Let's remove and add web services: To remove Web Services, complete the following steps: 1. On the printer’s control panel display, touch (HP ePrint), and then touch Settings. 2. Touch Remove Web Services.

The printer’s control panel provides an easy way to set up and manage Web Services. To set up Web Services, complete the following steps: 1. Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet. 2. On the printer control panel, touch (Apps) or (HP ePrint). 3. Touch Accept to accept the Web Services terms of use and enable Web Services. 4. In the Auto Update screen, touch Yes to allow the printer to automatically check for and install product updates. 5. If your network uses proxy settings when connecting to the Internet, enter these settings: a. Touch Enter Proxy. b. Enter the proxy server settings, and then touch Done. 6. Follow the instructions on the Web Services information sheet to finish the setup.

Let me know if this helps.

Ok.  So I removed web services but now I'm unable to enable again.  Under proxy settings it requests "username".  Is that the beginning of my printer's hpeprint.com address or the beginning of the email I used to register my product initially?

As mentioned, only if your network uses proxy settings, then do so. Else, you skip this step.
