I have changed instant ink cartridges and have ERROR CODE OX80000924.

tried everything, force quit etc and nothing works

Hi @Chrisse

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which ink cartridge did you replace?
  • Remove the defective ink cartridge and try printing with the other ink cartridge to check if that works. This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode.

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

Also, check if the print carriage is moving freely.

I hanged the ink cartridges . The carrier is stuck on the right side and won’t move.  Iodine all the forced quit and restarts and nothing moves. ERROR OX 80000924 

UNDERCROFT C is continuously displayed.

 I’ve spent hours trying to sort this out. I’m ICU nurse and I really have got time for this. We have exchange arrangement but the PC world/Curry’s is shut due to Covid19.

please help!!
