I keep getting the above message on my Samsung Galaxy J7V phone when I try to print. Can you please help me. Thank you!

Hi,
The issue occurs due to a recent Android update, affecting printing in general for your phone and not related to the printer itself, you may uninstall the latest Android System Webview which should resolve the issue:
If you experience further issues, I suggest contacting Samsung support, this is an OS issue and not related to any specific printer in any way, however, I believe the above steps should likely resolve the problem.
