Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have an Event Code 71.02.4A. I have tried to unplug, as per the troubleshooting , multiple times. I have taken the ink cartridges out several times as well. I have updated the printer app. I have installed HP Smart as well. I have reached the end of my rope and if this can't be fixed, I will be forced to get a new printer! Help!
