Factory reset on a hp 2026 deskjet printer

Does anyone know how to do a factory reset on a 2026 deskjet printer, hp has stopped me printing because the printer will not connect to hp instant ink and a factory reset is the only solution.

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?

If the printer is not enrolled, Instant Ink cartridges will not work. You will have to use regular HP ink cartridges.

 

To factory reset the printer, I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Printer network connection problem has all been sorted now and my printer is back on line and printing thanks to a very nice gentleman named Even from HP support but thanks for replying to my query .
