My printer was working wonderfully when we first opened it. But after we stopped using the printer for a few days, the black ink somehow began to fade as it printed. It says I’m good on ink, I realigned my ink carts, I did the cleanings (lvl 1 & 2), the smear cleaning, etc. It just seems like nothings working. I haven’t tried putting in new ink because I am on the instant ink plan and it’s telling me not to do that. I just am at my wit’s end because this is a true necessity in my home.
