How to get a printer claim code for this printer?

I have HP smart and plug in installed in my phone, I can't print by using OTG cable . ( printer cannot communicate with my phone). I tried to use eprint service, it worked on couple odd occasions then not working anymore .

For USB OTG, I afraid your printer is not supported, the entire M1210 printer series is not supported for USB OTG printing, as any such Host-Based printer, such printing language does not allow to perform such connectivity:

For HP ePrint, I suggest connecting the printer to a computer first and install its latest firmware (Printer Updates), to ensure your printer is up to date.

What exact Firmware Datecode or Version is currently listed for your printer?

What computer can be used to update the printer? 2.g. a Windows 10 PC, a Mac computer, etc.)

Hi, Shlomil,

I had just updated full feature version v20180815 in my window 10 computer. I tried to use my phone to eprint, eprint centre acknowledged a print request is received. I heard the printer is running(initializing), it cannot receive any data to print. Any idea what went wrong? The message on my phone is to check printer.

Firmware data code is 20150405.
